About
Built by the community. Backed by Backboard.io.
Backboard.io builds the infrastructure that lets teams run AI on their own terms. Backboard Esports brings that same idea to competitive Valorant: a team that answers to its community, not the other way around.
We want to reach further into the esports scene, from the players grinding ranked to the creators covering every match and the fans who show up week after week, and give them a team that feels like theirs.
Community first
We build this team with the people who follow it, and we listen before we decide.
Back the player
Players get the stability and support they need to focus on their game.
Compete with intent
We prepare seriously, play to win and own the result either way.
Build in the open
We share what we learn, try new ideas and aren't afraid to do things differently.
